It is aimed at employers in small and medium-sized workplaces, but may be useful to all employers, managers and others involved in first aid at work.
Table 2 in the leaflet outlines guidelines for how many first aiders you need and what qualifications they should have. Hopefully that should allow you to build your risk assessment and ensure you meet HSE requirements to ensure a safe environment for employees and customers.
